Get ready to Wiggle

Hot potato hot potato.

For some of you, those four words will automatically be followed by cold spaghetti then mashed banana.

If you did, I'm guessing your childhood included the famous four-coloured group called the Wiggles.

To be honest, I am a Wiggles expert.

Having a two year old sister who is OBSESSED with the Wiggles, requires me to watch at least two hours of Wiggles video clips, listen to the Wiggles soundtrack all day and dance the Wiggles whenever she has the desire to move her tush.

For most people who currently don't have a young child in their home, the Wiggles will be the four men group dancing and singing their ways into children's hearts.

They showed us that grown up men can look good while singing and dancing to kids.

However, most young parents or teen mums like me know that the Wiggles nowadays is no longer the young, fresh-faced men that they once were.

In fact, there isn't even four men.... it is now four guys and one girl...(Mind blown right?)

Let me introduce you to the new Wiggles - Emma, Lachy, Simon and Anthony.

These guys started at the beginning of 2013 after three of the four Wiggles were at or past the age of 50. 

Jeff, is currently SIXTY. Yes, 60. That's like my grandma singing and dancing on TV (Weird).

Much younger and with more energy, these guys dance more higher, faster and with more enthusiasm.

(Not that the old Wiggles didn't do that)

Even after 23 years (which is older than me), they're still bringing joy to children with their Hot Potatoes.
